Losing by illegal move

In real life, if you do an illegal move, you lose, like not getting the king out of check. This should be applied here.
No.

After the action taken under Article 7.5.a, for the first completed illegal move by a player the arbiter shall give two minutes extra time to his opponent; for the second completed illegal move by the same player the arbiter shall declare the game lost by this player. However, the game is drawn if the position is such that the opponent cannot checkmate the player’s king by any possible series of legal moves.

First of all, you cant make illegal moves in online games. And from a developer point of view it would be nonsense to code a chessboard with pieces that can be dragged and placed all over it. The program would have to register the move, pass it trought a test to see if it is legal and if so then send it to the other player's machine. This would be horrible in bullet games and also in blitz maybe because the ping would be greater, not to mention that I think it would cost more effort to the server's CPU to handle that.

This is online chess, not OTB chess. And therefore you will never get the same experiences.
Uh, actually it does check if a move is legal locally, it takes a ms or less, so no big deal.
But seriously, this would only annoy everyone.

Dont judge me, I have only little knowledge on Java lol. But the machine checks them already and only allows you to make the ones that are legal, I guess it would be worse to let the dude make a random move like Ng1-Nd4 and then check if it is legal than to already have them. Anyways at least I will have to ask thibault lol.

And yes, it would only be annoying.
#2 Then, this rules should be applied.
#3 I don't think it would increase the ping, its just checking if the move is illegal or not. Right now checks if there is tension, the king is in check, etc.

It would be interesting for bullet games, right now there are lot of players that premove or move extremly fast without thinking.
Punishing illegal moves is a necessity in over the board chess, because you can't physically prevent anyone from doing it. Online you can - not allowing to even make illegal moves is a good thing.
umm i have 0.5 seconds left, let me claim this illegal Qa2-Qh7+ real quick
