We had a server crash around 15 minutes ago, and after that, my account is haning. I can join and withdraw the tournament numerous times, but I don't get a game. I have the impression that the server thinks, that the previous game is "some how" ongoing ... I tried everything: join, withdraw numerous times, closed the browser, started a different one.
When I join a different tournament, I can do that. Only the Marathon is hanging for me.
When the server crashed I was playing a much lower rated opponent; I lost 19 points... =/
I'm in the same position. I was playing a tournament game when the server went down, and I haven't been able to join another game since it came back up. I just sit in the lobby and nothing happens. Have tried logging in on a new computer, opening the previous game and selecting "return to tournament," but nothing is working.
Got some feedback from one of the admins (I think) he hope to fix the error, but he needs help help of the creator (which is our for lunch). So hopefully we can join again in some hours.
