Why can't I join the <1700 rapid arena?

It says:

≥ 20 Rapid rated games

Rated ≤ 1700 in Rapid

I meet both qualifications, but it shows them in red as if I don't meet them. I am rated 1677 rapid and have 52 rated rapid games. And the "join" button is grayed out and won't let me click on it. I can't figure out why this is happening. I've joined other Lichess tournaments before.

Pretty sure you have to be in the required range for a week straight. I guess that somewhat guerantees that you haven't deliberately lowered your rating just to join a tournament.
