I'm not sure if this is a feature that's already been requested but it would be cool to have a winner stays format. . so the winner continues to play and plays the first player in the queue?

So the winner keeps playing, until somebody else in the queue beats them; would be a pretty chill feature.
Sounds really fun, but there might be a lot of wait times.
This is available on some other servers (FICS) as "King of the Hill." Would probably need a different name here if the idea was popular. The format was never popular on FICS, that's for sure.
