I think Lichess should have the option of making multiple pre-moves like on chess.com. Also, board and piece options can be improved to significantly better the playing experience. For instance, I think the chess 24 interface should be an option on the site, its simply very pretty. I don't know the name of the design, but it strikes me as very elegant. Arcade on chess.com gets an honorable mention.

It seems that this feature hasn't garnered much support from the Lichess team, so it's not likely that it will be added. Here is an explanation by thibault:

As for UI, I very much doubt the chances of a new UI being added. But you can always try opening an issue at github.com/lichess-org/lila/issues .
