This is issue still exists and isn't fixed, just play against machine or some people and in 25th move the engine makes a draw

I agree with you, I think there are some problems with the 50 moves implementation . This is another example: http://en.lichess.org/forum/lichess-feedback/is-this-a-bug-or-is-there-some-logical-explanation.. 25 moves since last capture was automatically draw

Exactly like I thought.

Tried telling thibault the 50 moves rule on this site seems to be bugged, according to the observation of ONE bug report. He's like, hmm, no, we need to see more than one game get drawn illegally/prematurely to prove there's anything wrong to debug.

It's like, ??? WUT
One game with a bug, means a bug.
