im now banned from the lobby for 15 minutes for aborting to many games.this is because i ask for a game 1250 through 1350 but the new quik lobby keeps giving me players out of my points range so i have to abort.even when i create a game it wont go by my point spread

I'm having the same issue getting a standard 10 min game. I'm going through the lobby to create my game, yet I'm getting paired with someone 200 points lower than the spread I entered.

That statement is not accurate. Specifically, the "rating ranges are not used" portion. There is a bug at the time of this posting.

I have this problem too. Now i'm banned because i aborted to many games.

I also cannot play chess today in the way I used to. I cannot determine my games. Some changes had been entered for training room and I just had to stop being there. It seems that chess online will be the next. Who of the players care about anything but simple solutions allowing enjoy the game?
Why is this even a problem? The pool starts with a +-300 which imo is fine.
