Wrong handle/name

In a game I just played it showed some other players name instead of my own. One name up in the left and ANOTHER wrong name under the clock. When I reloaded after the game ended it updated to my real name.

My guess is that this is some sort of automatic translation activated in your browser.

Lumbis translates to "loins", and this is also close to "back".

This is very interesting and a good catch. But strange that the reload fixed it.
