[feature request] weekly/monthly/yearly ultrabullet tournaments

Hello lichess developers! I am interested with the idea of making weekly, monthly, and yearly ultrabullet arenas, as well as the current daily and hourly tournaments. That would be very fun, to have 2/3/4 hour tournaments of ultrabullet that are official.

Not to get off topic, but official tournaments are more popular, and in user-created 2 hour tournaments, the pairing system often shuts down. THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM!!

So I suggest weekly ultrabullet tournaments, monthly ultrabullet tournaments, and yearly ultrabullet tournaments, to provide more stimulation than the current (and rare, when you look at the scheduling as compared to, say, the 1+0 hourly tournaments) arenas. The hourly tournaments are not very popular, so the ONLY major ultrabullet tournament happens every day.

Let me try to understand this:

* User-created 2-hour tournaments frequently close with no games played (amazingly, you say this is off-topic)

* Hourly ultrabullet tournaments are unpopular except for the daily ultrabullet tournament

* You recommend creating weekly, etc. ultrabullet events -- I object to Lichess making this enjoyable variant as competitive as possible
