STOP help lagging players to win in ultrabullet.

I support this idea. I told about this so many times and finally this problem got attention. An ability to create ultrabullet tournaments with reduced lag compensation to 100-150ms will solve this problem.
I agree with the topic. It's so annoying to play against laggers. If you are player who rely on speed then that lag compensation decrease your advantage. You can play extremely fast against lagger, it doesn't matter, because your super speed doesn't do much in games against them.
There should be a lag threshold for participation.
It is really very poor experience to players when they play opposite to people with poor connections.
Can you imagine the 100m race with a lag?
Sprint is fast by definition and there should be no compensation for bad connections as it beats the purpose of having an Ultra variant. Yes we might be crazy and demanding but hey Ultra does this to people ;-)
In ultrabullet, the pace of the game is fast enough that I don't have time to constantly check my clock to see who is ahead on time. So when I play a lagger, it seems like they are just playing slowly. But then as we reach an endgame and I check the clocks, when I expect to be up like 12 seconds against 5, in reality I'm down 13 seconds to 4, since in reality their incredibly slow moves were actually premoves that just took forever to reach the site.

I think a good compromise would be to not ban laggers, but have a limit to how much lag is compensated at 200 ms. Those who have a ping above 200 will only get 200 ms back onto their clock each turn, so (for example) if it takes them a full second for their premove to reach the site from their shitty connection they will lose 0.8 seconds.
It would be great not to ban laggers but to adjust the maximum value of lag compensation to around 200ms. Then, players with 400ms ping, would get max 200ms compensation instead of 400 and more.
Yes, or even better if we could set different values for lag compensation. For example, if there are people from France, they would probably want to create their own private tournament and reduce the lag compensation to 30-50 ms. If there are people with average low lag, they would, probably, want to make it 100ms. For example, my ping is around 60-70 ms. I saw its minimum at 55 ms. I think values like 15ms, 50ms, 100ms, 150ms, 200ms, 300ms, 500ms, 1 second, 2 or 3 second (for people with very poor connection) would be suitable for most players. Also, this could be applied for custom games outside tournaments. It shouldn't ban anyone, just set a limit for amount of time compensated.
