Was able to reproduce it many times, but now the cloud data fixes the problem. So in this game lichess.org/1Wp78IrW/black c6 is an alternate correct move to the first "learn from you mistakes" position, but when played it took it back just as fast as it takes back the move you played in the game if you were to play that. So i refreshed and the same thing happend, was taken back immediately and the second time it was played it was marked as a correct move. Then a few minutes later after browsing somewhere else i did try it again but this time i had to play it 5 times before it was marked correct and i could see that the evaul was slowly ticking up every time the move stayed played for a few half seconds and it didn't pass the move until around 20ply. For some reason the normal green ticking bar evaluating the move you play did not do so here. Hope i was detailed and that this was usefull. Thinking back this happened a few days ago aswell in a other game.
