Why so certain? She is young, as of now, only 21.
"How he comes o'er us with our wilder days,
Not measuring what use we made of them."

Anyway. A clever youth, doesn't mean they grow to continue to be clever. People change over time. Improve/degrade, everyone changes.
When you choose a leader. Choose them for a period of time. And then revaluate you choice when the time is up.
Maybe someone more capable comes along, for the task laying ahead.
Not all leaders are a man for all seasons.
I, personally, am tired of politicians with a masters in social or political science, with no actual work experience.
Most have been groomed for a political position since they were young.
Most often, they come from a family of politicians.
This is not uncommon. Often children follows in their parents footsteps. But when generations of politicians comes from the same family, they often looses touch with the people they are supposed to serve.
What sounds right in theory, is often not implemented correctly in practice.
Being a good/efficient politician, is not the same as being a benign/capable leader.
