What do you want me to write about? What will convince you to buy it? Be as specific as possible. Do not give me the run around about it needing to be interesting or exciting or something like that. This is too vague to be of any help. What do you want me write about to sell to you. This is part desperation and part intrigue. I actually want to know how to get you to pick up my book. I have samples if you need those first yet I would love my questions answered though. Thanks in advance.

I agree with the above post, let it speak for it's self, those who judge a book by its cover aren't the sort of people ide want buying my book anyway (even if they are likely the majority).

That actually leads me to an idea you might like. How about a little alternative history. Ernest Hemingway ends up in Toronto, but can't get a job writing for the Toronto Star. Instead he gets a really mundane job, and tortures himself with the thought that he could be a writer, if only he got a break. "I know I've got stories in me,I've just got to get them out". And then figure out a story line that does see him get to Europe and the wars and to Africa, and gets some of his great stories written. Perhaps a bit differently, but he had the stories in him all along. "For whom the sun rises", "A farewell to fish","The snows of Toronto".
Go get'em.

The main character's journey to find herself/himself would definitely be a book I would buy, especially if it was a dystopian story with a space and future theme. I’m inspired from halo series btw.. I hope it helps
