10. It’s a vertebrate
9. Doesn’t live primarily under water
8. Doesn’t have spots

So we’re looking at a carnivorous land mammal native to America, smaller than a loaf of bread, that’s not a rodent or common pet, doesn’t have spots and can’t fly.

In order of likelihood I’d ask Mustilidae (weasels, ferrets, wolverine)? Procyonidae (racoons, 2 squirrel like things)? Felidae? Canidae? Primate? (small cats, foxes or monkeys, none that I know of under the size of a loaf of bread)? Land Amphibian (last on the list because Id feel cheated if this didnt count as primarily under a porous layer of water aha)?

So is it a Mustildae?

P.S. Shit can we just have clarification that you meant native to the territories of US of America or continents of North and South America. And when you confirmed not living primarily under water it was because you discounted amphibians and marine mammels.

P.P.S I object to 'is it a Wolverine?' using up a question, we know a Wolverine is not smaller than a loaf of bread, plus it falls under the category that I'm asking now lol. Really 'is it an insect'; the smallest category of invetebrate, and not a bird; but 'can it fly?' Step up the game people lol, no more sabotaging. A healthy wolverine grows to the height of 65–107 cm, an average loaf of bread 28.5cm by 10 cm. Same deal with Skunks only one sub-species is maybe small enough and is literally called the 'spotted' skunk so dont be fooled into going there.
At least I didnt ask a question that had already been asked!
