What is the fastest time that someone became a GM?

I understand that Karjakin is the youngest, but the list says Bu Xianshi got it 2nd, than Ponomariov, but Ponomariov got GM when he was 13 according to wiki, while Magnus got at 13, so why isnt Magnus on the list?
IIRC MC is supposed to be the third youngest GM ever. Behind Karjakin and Negi. But I might be wrong
And who is the oldest person ever to become GM?

It would give us guys/gals a little hope! ;-D

I think the oldest was Andreja Fuderer.
I'm not asking who is the youngest, but who got the title the fastest, after starting playing chess to becoming a GM and also how long it took him.
You cannot define "start playing": first sighting of a chess board? First chess piece moved? First game played? First official game played? First national ELO rating? First FIDE ELO rating?
I think Larry Kaufman must be a candidate for oldest player to become a GM. He got it by winning the senior world championship. There is also the Norwegian legend Leif Øgaard who became a GM at 55.
Well, just starting playing chess, like playing games and learning it.
@NemPlayer but how do you record that?

@lovlas
Larry Kaufmann born 1947 - grandmaster 2008 - 51 year
Leif Øgaard born 1952 - grandmaster 2007 - 55 year
Andrija Fuderer born 1931 - grandmaster 1990 - 58 year
