Pretty much done at lichess for a while.

analyse the games you think someone cheated against you.

there's a 99% chance you will see they blundered every second move.

it's possible they only cheated on a few moves, but, they should be winning more than losing and wouldn't be low rated for long.

you get to decide how you feel about losing. you could decide to not feel bad, especially if you lose to a cheater. even a super gm can't beat an engine, so of course you're going to lose. it's not like it affects your life or career in any way. it's totally up to you how you want to feel about things. It might take time and practice to change how you feel, but, it's totally possible.
I hate these topics, from people who are frustrated that they are losing and then denigrate the whole platform. The platform has people working every day to improve the site and all this without us having to pay anything.
OP I say then, goodbye, I'm sure you will come back here after 2-3 days and continue to play, because your argument has no substance. Why, because you don't give an example to back up your claim. Weak!!!
Lichess anti cheating algorithms work quite well. You don't have to play very good to get banned.
A lot of 1500 or even 1000 rated players are marked.
Lichess detection systems probably works by the time of move and "unnatural" moves detection.
In the USA a few State educational authorities decided to check if teachers were cheating in exams - that is, amending the answers of multiple-choice tests to give their students higher scores, and thereby maybe a pay-rise for the teacher. The software used, scanned through all the student test responses and trapped the cheating teachers. The underlying statistical method relies on the impossibility of humans to produce truly random patterns. This is effectively the core of all statistical anti-cheat chess methods. With enough data - and usually time - all chess cheats will be caught, unless they are using dice to select moves!

You may be wondering just how many teachers were caught, 7%. Quite a few of the cheating teachers were sacked and the practice has been discontinued. In the absence of financial gain, you can expect the % of cheating to be much lower than 7%.
I occasionally browse through my past games and have found pretty much the same number of banned accounts (cheaters) at both lichess and chess(dot)com. I suspect cheating rates are similar at both sites.
Never had the message here "we have detected that a recent opponent was playing unfairly and so we have gifted you some points" or whatever the wording was. I've had that numerous times on the other site.

But to be fair I've only been playing here 5 months.
This popular agitation of „Lichess is plagued by cheaters everywhere and doesn’t care“ is complete nonsense too and don’t take it seriously at all. Most players are good.
I’m sure the mods would rather you asked the question than not.

That’s providing you’re not reporting every game you lose.

I’ cannot remember reporting anyone on here. Maybe I’ve played a cheater or two, maybe I have not. The couple of times I thought games against others were very strange, ie a 900 defending like a demon, the game analysis showed that my assumption was flawed and that I was too stupid to see good responses to my moves.

The players concerned made fewer mistakes than I did and I was too dumb to capitalise on their errors. Hence I didn’t report them.
