I think the 45/45 people should help Thibault to implement a feature doing what they are doing into Lichess teams :) (long-term swiss bracketed tournaments for the longer time controls)
I like the aesthetics here better than chess.com. Also, the player quality. ALSO, the TV feature. ALSO, the lack of advertisements. Not trying to be a promoter here, but I really do find myself liking Lichess more and more as I play here. Of course, I suck, so I lose a lot to super awesome players, but hey, I learn more every time.
Chess.com is not going away but they need humbling. Lichess is doing a good job of that.
This is great, we did it lichess! Next, we need to add the 'repertoires' feature to leverage our crowdsourcing and keep chessable.com humble in the trends graph! Then, monetization layers can be added and we will find real $$ success.
