I hace changed my privacy preferences to "nobody can follow you" and already there is a user that watch all my games. He is bullying me. I have report him several times to moderators but they do nothing. Please I need HELP:
How are they bullying you? You can block them from their profile page.
That should not be allowed. Block them go to their profile and you can block them with a little circle with line through it. Then once that is done go to the lichess.org/report page and report them too.

If you feel a user is harassing you, you should file a report with evidence for this harassment.
The evidence is that he follow me in all my games. Could you play quiet knowing someone is always watching?
Yes. I have no problem playing a game with people watching.
