Masters database? Really?

I was looking at the Roscher Gambit against the Pirc (1. e4 d6 2. d4 Nf6 3. Nf3 Nxe4 4. Bd3): White gives up a central pawn, but immediately attacks the knight that took it. Retreating with 4. ... Nf6 seems to be the best option. Shockingly, 4. ... Nc6? is listed in the masters database as well. This is due to the follwing game:



Clearly, this must have been pretty low time control with many premoves going wrong, but how does this end up in the database to begin with?
