Premoves are a hell of a drug...

I don't see why he should be obligated to give you a takeback; it wasn't a mouseslip. If you decide to pre-move to gain time then you take the risk of him playing something you didn't anticipate and should just accept your loss accordingly.

In a no increment game even i might not give you a takeback if i find the game important to me for some reason. It would be rare because i don't find wins important that often and i avoid no increment games but still your opponent has every right to punish your premoves

My advice- don't premove in blitz unless you are running out of time.

5.0-0?? was not a premove, I used 1.12 second on it.
I just got distracted for a moment and forget to make 5.Ba4 first. But there are worse things in life I guess...
