Only Deaf and hard of hearing can take part in the tournament according to the Swiss system.

Chess Guidelines

1. All deaf players are welcome to participate in ICCD Lichess
2. You are welcome to play under a nickname on Li_Chess but you would seek consent if you wish to change your name
3. You are requested to forward your full name, FIDE ID (if any) and your email address
4. It is mandatory that you enter a flag icon of your own country for identification purposes - it cannot be a fictional country
5. The ICCD Administration shall decide whether to grant access - the above conditions must be met before they can have the opportunity to partake in ICCD tournaments
   NOTE: New applications can only be made between Monday and Friday.
   The administrator will send an e-mail at least 5-6 days before the start of the Tournament, but it is the players' responsibility to get ready and log in no later than one hour prior to the start.

Инструкция по участию в шахматных турнирах:

1. Все глухих и слабослышащие могут быт участниками ICCD LiChess
2. Приветствуется участие в играх под псевдонимом на LiChess, но если вы пожелаете изменить своё имя, вам понадобится согласие администраторов.
3. Вам нужно будет предоставить полное имя, FIDE ID (если имеется) и адрес электронной почты
4. Возможно введение флага вашего государства, в целях выделения, но это не может быть придуманная страна.
5. Администрация ICCD решает, выделить ли грант для участия – вышеупомянутые условия должны быть выполнены, прежде чем у них будет возможность участия в ICCD турнирах.
   Примечание: Заявки принимаются с понедельника по пятницу.
   Администраторы вышлют сообщение на вашe-mail за 5-6 дней до начала турнира. Все участники обязуются быть готовыми и загрузиться в сайт за час до начала игры.
