Dojo: 13-1400 cohort

The idea is to have swiss tournaments where dojo members of the 13-1400 can get experience and training against other members of the cohort. It is a possibility to try out new openings and just get experience against other strong serious players of the dojo. Players of the cohort just above and below could also have access.

The initial idea, is to have a 3 rounds swiss 15+5 unrated, in the weekend. This may change as we go along depending on what players find more useful.
