Mostly there are rating restrictions (-2000 and -1500) to be fair to other players.
I send everyone team messages so you can be prepared for new tournaments
Are there team battles? Yes, but only few!!
Are tournaments rated? Yes, only with tournaments with rating restrictions so it is easier for everyone!

Inviting three players to the team : 20 points
Invite ONE titled player: 50 points
Win tourney!: 10 points (The more players, the higher this will be raised)
Follow me!: 5 points
