Yep, as good as it sounds, by joining, you agree to the following conditions:

• You advertise to only the members of this team.
• You allow and will not block, insult or report the other people IN THIS TEAM when they advertise to you.
• You advertise only in team members' inboxes by DM / PM (direct message / private message) or in the team's advertisement thread in the forums.
• You do not insult people in your advertisements (like "if you don't join you are an idiot or etc.).
