  1. Artian12 hey @ghostologist
  2. Artian12 I love to play these positions, I'm going to try to attack on h6 as it was a Pirc defence
  3. Artian12 this center attack seems a bit premature
  4. jg777 Ng5 seems to snag the bishop pair. As long as the a2-g8 diagonal is closed I don’t care if the F file is semi opened- I think.
  5. jg777 in some way I thought I had Nxf2 and Nxh6 (after Qxg5 Qxg5 Bh6 Qxh6) so I thought I had material. Now, it’s not working with d5 hanging.
  6. jg777 ok so f6 Bh4 Bh6 then Nf4 makes me pained with d5 and e6 squares I think since the bishop makes a nice discovered check on me.
  7. Artian12 I thought black was going for the queen exchange
  8. Artian12 now his king is weak but I will have trouble defending the e3 square
  9. Artian12 so I should probably move the king to b1 asap
  10. Silkthewanderer This whole attack looks super convincing, but Rh8 was a move I didn't understand. Maybe engine will explain to me later.
  11. Silkthewanderer After Ng6 Qg6 Bg7 I don't see what to do for White. Then again, I am basically sleepwalking and on a streak of rubbish games, what do I know
  12. Silkthewanderer Not sure if Rd5 over Ng6 could have held.
  13. k-night-moves looked like it
  14. Artian12 wow I thought I blundered with Rxh8
  15. Artian12 but stockfish likes it
  16. Artian12 the point was to trap the bishop so he can't defend the king
  17. Artian12 after I played it I thought Rxg7 was better
