It's mostly an accident connected to unrelated things, there could be more puzzle packs in the future.
Most of the puzzle packs on
lichess.org/study/staff-picks were made in connection to blog posts for Titled Arenas, which we've now stopped doing. We could theoretically do puzzle packs for other events, like OTB tournaments, but that has technical problems. Most puzzle packs were produced with a script that needs a LOT of games to produce good puzzles. Titled Arenas are perfect, they have thousands of games. Your average Super GM round robin has too few games, and Super GM draws are not a puzzle rich environment in any case.
