This is... kind of a spam topic.
But I like antichess, even though it is extremely counter-intuitive. It was the first variant I learned.

Nuclear chess was kinda fun for a couple games. Best variant is probably Fischer's Chess 960 though
Atomic chess by far, I don't even play normal chess anymore. It's way more fast paced, and I can come up with my own strategies rather than having to read a book. I like it way more in a casual setting than actual chess
atomic definitely as well. then probably crazyhouse because its crazy and fun lol
