OP i fullly understand you.
Forums in general should try to have elitism and be sure that general content is serious. This is the problem with forums in general. Various means could include different sections (one with maybe only verified account can write or people with elo > 1800, anoter which everyone can write).
The system of vote and reactions by emoticones is also ludicrous and shameful. Its a pity Thibault allowed this. Modern values, narcissic and "fun".
I suggest you read better internet forum : chesspub at first.
This forum has also good contents but problem is its a minority, so you have to filter, this takes time. Go chesspub.com.

Who is to ban that thread and on what grounds?
Fact #1:
Many threads are in the wrong forum, e.g. this thread here should be in lichess feedback, not in general chess discussion.
Fact #2:
Many titles do not cover the content, e.g. this "I have significantly noticed in increase of low-quality/non-sense posts in this forum..." should read "ideas to increase quality of forum posts"
Fact #3:
Many posts are not constructive, e.g. this thread states a perceived problem but does not suggest any solution

There are good subjects, but indeed they are rare and indeed they are often buried.
That is why I propose a system of keywords.
For example a thread "good game" may not interest me if there is a keyword "crazyhouse", or a thread "King's Indian Defence" may not interest me if there is a keyword "bullet"

What type of Forums do you expect from childrens???
Offcourse, childish. They will not be informative or authentic! And remember, you were once a child. Everyone has a child in them. And especially in Lichess, there are many 7-13 age group Players, which mean the children. So you can't complain about it. Its the truth and you have to accept it, you can deny!
