People keep answering your question, and you keep on not liking their answers.
The reason that Lichess forbids multiple accounts is so that the mods have recourse to act when people use multiple accounts to cheat through sandbagging, inflating their ratings, or other sorts of cheating.
But if a person has multiple accounts and does not cheat or otherwise abuse the Lichess system, Lichess turns a blind eye.

@Feuer1 I mean, for what reason he breaks the rules by creating more than one account.
He is not using them to manipulate his rating and it is okay!
@Sarg0n This does not change the rule: do not create more than one account. And if the rules contradict each other, then these are not the rules.
