Super GMs are a disgrace to the chess world

Because chess is most likely a draw with perfect play - of course the best players are likely to draw a lot
Early draws are made to rest/prepare more for the next game. Sometimes, this early draw strategy is implying that the players are willing to play tiebreaks in faster time controls, where they are more likely to play imprecisely compared to a classical time format match. Both of them are at the very top of speed chess (Nakamura being somewhat better performing there). Perhaps Wesley should've tried to win in the classical format. I'm expecting a line specifically prepared for rapid tomorrow.

In general, tournaments have to be played strategically. Counting the scores, calculating the standings (do you only need a draw to win the tournament, or a win is needed to do so, or do you need to win in order to enter tiebreaks), additional criteria calculation, choosing openings and lines wisely (that is, playing variations that are uncomfortable for your opponent or variations that you are less likely to lose in), early draws (allowing for more preparation/rest) and so on. There's way more to it than it seems at first glance.

As a tournament player, I have also applied these strategies + some psychological tricks to increase my chances of scoring as high as I can.

Chess players are not robots made for our pleasure.
Have you ever played in OTB tourneys or matches ? And did it happen that you did not feel well but felt like you had to play ?

Top GMs deserve our respect, at least because we get free chess lessons by watching their games ;)

You apparently didn't watch the video. They weren't taking a break to prepare for tomorrow's games. Naka drew earlier to play in another tournament.

Enlighten me, what were the lessons in the above two games?
I know right? I can't believe the game actually has rules. So weird.
