Players who only play with white

I have started to notice that there are quite a few players out there who only play with white. A few of my opponents had something like 3814 with white out of 3847 games. Shouldn't there be either a penalty for those players? Or perhaps would it be an idea to either disable the option altogether (or after an x amount of games)?
hmm. it s up to the players. i have no problem with that
I have few cases when I decide to block those users, you can do that too
Being able to chose a specific color is quite useful to me. It allows me to try certain openings, see what people usually reply, and gain experience before playing something otb. Therefore, I wouldn't appreciate if this option was disabled altogether. That does not withdraw anything from the issue you rightfully pointed out. I simply don't think that these potential changes should be applied to casual encounters.
Recently I've only been playing black, to practice KID/Robatsch. Being able to choose the color is a convenient feature. The opponent knows it in advance ofc.
Actually, some players will choose to only play white in variants where white has an advantage, like Antichess and Atomic. Personally I consider those users to be cowards >:D
@Jseijp

i never accept a game from someone who insists on white

if we boycotted them they would not have any games to play

@FieldPractice

are you one of those who want black but abort the game if we start with p-k4 instead of the opening you want ??

there should be a way to get rid of the fake chess variations and be able to have themed games where you must play certain opening moves

then you could start a theme for whatever opening you like
I don't think there is really a problem with having the option to pick colours (though it is a bit scummy just using it for the advantage, especially in some of the variants), but it would be nice if in the settings there was a way to block games with set colours. There isn't a lot of time to click on the games in the lobby and one might miss that there is a set colour.
Creating a tournament with a specific starting position is already possible if I'm not mistaken @oldegeezer.

P. S. : I don't abort the game when my opponent plays 1.e4
