Would You take take that Roooook and NOT?

it's not easy to define, but I see it clear, that it is very troublesome, how do You think?

I'd take it and then lead my king to c4 where i can exchange my rook for a knight and a pawn.

but it's much longer, than not taking it, and collecting a pawns instead and promote? what Engine Recommends?
