I think a city, country list would be great.
That way it could be used to find our local chess friends.
http://map.lichess.org/ kind of already exists in some form. Anything more may be dubious due to privacy.

the people when they have more accounts is a promplem ,but the big problem is the cheating from players when they use bot or time hund
time hund? Cheaters are dealt with pretty efficiently on this site, I think.
