The opponent is losing, so he just keeps checking my king

What should I do, it's really annoying since I have to choose different moves to not let it end as a draw.
Perpetual check is a thing.... if you really are winning and then your opponent puts you in perpetual check, then you blundered. It's happened to me.....
I have a similar problem.

Often my opponents play tricky moves, what should I do, it's really annoying since I have to choose good moves to not let it end as a draw or even lose the game.
You should checkmate him. Choosing good moves and not let it end as a draw or even lose the game is what chess is about.
It's perpetual check, your opponent isn't losing if he has such an option. Play better to avoid it when up material or in a superior position. Always look for possible perpetual check options with the opponent's queen.
What does that have to do with anything?... Rather than bringing irrelevant nonsense you could either post something related or not post at all. (Oh, just looked at your rating, no need for even responding.)
They keep checking you? Well create some plans of your own.

Boo-hoo, you have to place your king on a sub-optimal square to keep playing.
