Why 1200 are better than 1500 +?

While he may have exaggerated the number of games he has won against higher rated players, I understand what he means about many lower rated players being difficult to beat in Blitz. It probably has a lot to do with the following reasons:

1) They're used to the time control. Even in rapid many players are in a habit of playing too fast, which increases their level of play relative to other formats (but note that this is not necessarily good for overall chess improvement, as recounted by many professionals).

2) They don't play blitz often and have low ratings from when they were beginners.
@BigGreenShrek
I see but i was scared of he block my queen. My pawn was running alone on the border and it was (i think) interesting and can force him to wont move his rook for cover the queen promotion.
@azuaga you should play only good players. 2050 and up. They will make only good moves and you will easily beat them all. If you play lower rated opponents, they might not know the theory and get you out of book. It's much easier to beat high rated opponents then low rated ones.
Rey pato, i totaly agree 👍😀. How can i progress when players move very fast?
@Flavinou Being "scared" is not a good excuse for playing blunders. Calculate the variations and determine whether or not the move is good.
