Does Chess960 Improve you ?

I doubt it. It is a good exercise in that you must think about the opening yourself instead of relying on knowledge, but it is so slow before it gets to a normal position.
I believe it can be helpful for mid-level players, as it helps to train position evaluation. For low-level players, racing kings combined with opening and endgame training in standard chess may be a better choice. I will not speak about high-level players for I have never been one ;p
No. Because I don't play.

(I tried it once and I became sick. Not my mug of beer!)
I think it is a good variant and yes, it can help your tactical awareness and strategy. I like to play it, but for now I'm focusing on getting better in classical chess.
I think it obviously must help you improve, in the same way that playing regular chess must, provided you are thinking about what you are doing. Practice makes perfect, and all that.

The question is, does it help you improve in a faster or different way from playing standard chess? I'm not so sure.
