For myself, I'd say 15+10 rapid or 10+5 rapid yes. 10+0 is a little too fast

any chess related is somewhat good if you have spare time and you are not over 2000 fide rating, the point is to keep chess fun enough to play

Classical is better, but rapid is fine, preferably with increment.
Do not forget to analyse your lost games: that is where improvement comes from.
