This isn't chess-related and probably should be handled by just reporting the user if you're concerned about it. However, there's nothing in the Terms of Service that says that username would be considered inappropriate. On the contrary, the ToS states lichess is a big believer in free speech up to the point of harassment.
Maybe it's the name of a garage band...
