Is it good or bad
Is anyone going to reply?
You are moving the knight from f3 to f3 so I think you have made a notation error.
What is white's fifth move? Nf3 was already the third move.
The second move to f3 with the Knight makes the line a bit suspicious I think - see move 3 and 5.
It is fixed
The 5 move is a gambit, Nc3, not Nf3 as i put sorry.
Instead of 5. Nc3, I would suggest 5. 0-0, so that on gxf3, you have Qxf3 and you are ready to open up the f file and crash through against your opponent's king. After Nc3, you can still transpose into this line, but it's less forcing.
"Is it good or bad" - you're a full piece down and so you better have a damn good follow-up. It can work in blitz, but I would certainly not play it in a long game or one where my opponent is likely to know the theory.
Please see Alexander McDonnell vs Loise Charles de la Bourdenaise match game London 1834. Game 54.
I will playas white the opening against anyone and will post the moves here (The Gambit Accepted not declined.)
