How do I know my actual chess rating (On here and in real life)? I just started and the games that it has me playing are against people way better than me, I am still wanting to learn without getting completely destroyed. Any tips?
Play more games and your rating will get very close to your actual skill level. It's pretty normal to lose most games at the beginning but after like ~10 games you will mostly face players that are on your level. Then you will start winning again.
No better way to learn than to get completely destroyed. ;)
You will face thousands of defeats on your journey towards chess mastery. Embrace the lessons they offer. The more you play the more likely you’ll be paired with players of your skill level. You can also set the rating parameters for searching opponents as well.
