Unbiased review of chess.com

It's a hellhole for chess, and should be de-commissioned.
Being unbiased, you should start off by listing all of the positive aspects. Ideally, your list of compare/contrast should be nearly identical in length.
So if something is, by all rational measures, very bad, you should lie to make the good and bad points equal? I can read between the lines with the meaning of oliverli's post as, for him (or her), "Lichess is a hellhole for chess and should be decommissioned".
I don't interpret that comment as implying a well reasoned and unbiased point of view. I take it as sour grapes from a person who has not enjoyed playing chess on Lichess at all.
Oliverli, I have spent 4 intensive years on chess.com, and then left it. I am curious to know more about why you feel it is a "hellhole for chess".
Why don't you give them a try and see for yourself? The list of reasons is endless.
@coffeeand420: Please read previous comments before you write. I spent 4 long years on chess.com, as superadmin of several tournament teams, and left it.
I have my own reasons for not liking that website, and would like to hear what others have to say.
For the moment, the discussion has been vague, with no information about the whys.
As for you, you sound just like those chess.com bullies.
I agree that place has turned into a dump. Trolls and little kids have taken over the forums. The mobile app is a lagging, disconnecting piece of junk and they don't seem concerned about fixing it. The rapid pool at 1800+ level is full of engines. I had 6 game stretches where 3 or 4 of my opponents cheated. I reported them and they were all banned so that's not me being paranoid. That place is full of nasty people and I will never go back.
