Why do higher rated bullet players always have a comeback?

I applaud you for posting a game you lost, KDMFan. It's very difficult for me to do that. My HyperBullet is near the range of Submarine11.

I would explain low time a bit like this: with very little time (less than two seconds), the amount of moves that can be made is more than what meets the eye. It is much like the warning that objects in car mirrors are closer than they appear.
@KDMFan, Higher rated players have more experience and know how to trick their opponent. Some of them are fast players too.
hmmmmmmmmm when someone is better than you at premoving, one trick you can do when you have more time is to make sudden pauses in between your moves. Because you can't premove more than one move. They will tend to cancel their move due to the change in rhythm. Try it out! Lag comp mouse ability ect are all issues, but you might as well work with what you got!

What is your osu profile?

Also same, I don't even know the model of my mouse and I'm reasonably fast.

Uhhhh

Gaming mice are different; BTW, what time control in bullet do you play?

I only play lazer and only with 9.5 AR mod and synesthesia since they introduced it, so I get no score. However I get B on 4 star maps and I can "finish" 5 star maps. It depends a lot on how much you play, I took a break for a month and got much worse.

Mouse acceleration is not something you pay for. It's a setting in Windows, or whatever OS you're using. In windows it's on by default and I'd check if I were you. I don't play bullet.
blaming your mouse because you arent good enough at actual chess is pure copium
