Why does GM Ben Finegold hate chess.com?

I saw this video from Ben Finegold, and his wife Karen, where Ben said "I'm a chess.com streamer but..." and used a bad word when talking about chess.com, and the chat asked "why do you hate chess.com/?" and Karen answered "I don't hate chess.com" and Ben, outspoken as ever, replied "I do!"

Karen when on to say we're not going to educate you about that it would take about hour to explain, but alluded to some shady business practices.

I was surprised by all of this. Can anyone provide some more detail and perspective on this? Thanks
This is why Mokie's suit is a smart move. Whether he cheated or not, a trial will bring to light all sorts of unsavory details about E Corp. Or, to prove he cheated, they'll have to disclose confidential information about how it's detected. I predict they'll settle out of court.
> and used a bad word when talking about chess.com

pretty sure you can use the word "fuck" on lichess when it's directed at a company & you're quoting a chess celebrity. less sure whether you'd be allowed to direct it at danny rensch, so i'm not gonna risk it.
@lizani

but it is also likely to bring out unsavory details about Neimann, and perhaps other gm's who have been cheating otb. I would like a complete list of gm's who have been barred, tbh. imo, far from targeting Niemann, they enabled him for too long. I would also like to know more the business practices of chess.com. this may turn out like the Johnny Depp Amber Heard trials, tarnishing the reputation of everybody involved.
Niemann 's reputation is already tarnished for life. The others have much more at stake in terms of reputational damage, plus there's a non zero probability they will lose in court. A lawyer will likely advise them to settle.
Chess.corn have acted in bad faith. It is their popularisers who have derided Professor Regan, instigated and spread defamatory false narratives about a teenager using anal devices, and spread false narratives about the kid cheating over the board for FIDE rating, and have blacklisted him for apologising for cheating in the past. Chess.corn leaked private communication, and have been completely dishonest, promising discretion and then sharing admissions to the world. They have very serious and systemic abuse of user and account info. They have published false statistics, based on incomplete data, and contrary to accepted standards of data, and made false assertions about something they have nothing to do with, over the board chess. They have sullied the name of a sport outside of their remit. They are not just one of the accusers, they are acting as if they instigated it.

And they are in business with Carlsen. They're in the process of purchasing Play Magnus for a reported $83 million. It has also been reported that the deal will make Carlsen a shareholder in Chesscom.
