Why is this position evaluated as -1.1?

Here's the position (black to move).

This was a position that could have occurred in one of my games (I was black), but I avoided it because I thought this position looked very drawish, and that I could get an advantage by going for something else.

However, Stockfish evaluated this position as -1.1 (depth 30/99). I see that black is better, but I don't think black's that much better. Could anyone explain how black is supposed to break through in this closed position?
Beating A.I. level 1 does not prove much. Instead of 2 Bf3 white can activate his queen with 2 c5! The activated queen after 3 Qc4 is so powerful that black is compelled to exchange queens. Then the opposite colored bishops, both bad bishops, seem enough to hold the draw. I believe you were right to avoid this position if you were playing for a win.
@Sarg0n My biggest worry was actually if white were to set up something like queen on d3, rooks on b1 and e2, bishop on d1. In that case, I don't see how black can have any tactics or break through.

@tpr Is there a reason the computer evaluates the position as -1.1?
The engine evaluates -1.1 because it judges the possible black activity on the black squares is worth a pawn. That is why I propose to immediately give up a pawn with 2 c5 to put the white queen on c4 for couteractions on the white squares. Black then cannot do anything but trade queens and that tales the sting out of the position. White then is a pawn down, but steers towards a drawn endgame.
