Every time I attempt to play HyperBullet and UltraBullet games on Lichess, my clock pauses, and then I lose. My internet is completely fine, and lag does not occur in other games. What should I do??? (Plz don't answer 'stop playing')

it is your internet. Just about always. you can easily see that that you opponent end did not lag did it?

I suppose I need to have good reception whenever I play fast. (Weirdly, playing outside helps)

No the opponent(s) didn't lag
Always clean your Cache of Browser, so you could play much smoothly or change the browser, browser with much low RAM usage is slightly helpful to reduce lag!
It's fast enough for the rest of us. Network latency is account for on the clock to begin with
