Patt - as a result is not the spirit of chess

Patt means the opponent's king cannot move into a field where it is not already check. So actual chess rule say it is a tie. This is nonsense, because this king is dead anyway. I hope this rule will be reviewed sometime. What do you think ?
Patt = stalemate, we are playing actual chess, not playing chess where you win by capturing the king.
Also I see you played a game and you stalemated to opponent in a completely winning position, now you come to the forums about an "unfair" rule. Instead of complaining about a rule that is never going to change, be more careful rather than complaining.
