MY GAME VS A FIDE MASTER

First he blunders with Qc1, which is understandable, because it is a simul game. Then you play f6... et cetera.
I think towards the end, you need to avoid exchanging pieces, Rxe5 is not good, because it eliminates any chances for counterplay. With the knight and nothing to oppose it, the game is simply over, unfortunately.
Also in the opening, when you Castle Queenside, although it wins a pawn, I don't really like Qxb2, because it opens an avenue of attack towards your king. Obviously if you maintain the pawn advantage it is a good decision, but you should always be careful about taking pawns whcih open lines towards your King position
