Rather than creating division by the derogatory implication that chess teachers don’t personalise lessons or maximise every learner - why not simply say chess teachers as a whole might wish to create a training plan to supplement student’s learning beyond the lesson... I think the broader term used by ‘teachers’ is called ‘homework’. I wonder if they do this already?
