It is possible in Horde. I accidentally stalemated the king but still I wanted to promote 20 queens!! Please share the games where you have done that.
Note: You have to do it against AI level 2

@Jishnu10 I tried. I only got up to 3 queens but stalemate

@Jishnu10 Yesterday, on a forum, I remember that someone shared their game showing their 14 queens on the board. I am unable to locate that forum.
I got 22 queens from the position in the first game, it requires a lot of maneuvering to keep the two squares safe for the King but as far as I can work out, the game can continue up to at least move 203. I don't know how to import an analysis board (Horde FENs are invalid), but for those with too much time on their hands, my attempt looks like this (continuing after 93 Kf7
