How can I improve my chess?

I feel like I have been stuck in the 2150-2200 range. I would like some tips and resources about how to improve and reach 2300.
Thanks!
Try doing tactics systematically for a longer period of time.

Also when doing tactics don't just do them. Understand them. Do quality over quantity. I tried this for couple of months 5/tactics/day in chess.com. At the moment my tactics are 2700ish there. But after focusing on tactics and playing less bullet and blizt I felt I could see the board much faster.

Also take care of you sleep. This probably has a huge effect on playing strength on daily basis. At one point I felt I was stuck between 2100-2200. Started to sleep more and suddenly my results sky rocketed approximately 200 points. I guess it was combination of tactics and better sleep.
Tactics: if you want to reach 2300 then you should first raise your puzzle rating above 2300.
No bullet, no blitz, these are fun, but stifle your improvement. These breed bad habits, shallow thinking. "Blitz kills your ideas" - Fischer

@tpr I do practise tactics on the chessbase tactics trainer. I will also try to reach 2300 puzzles rating on lichess.

Let us look at an example.

15...b5 is a serious positional mistake: gives him the a-file, makes a hole at c5, leaves you with a passive rook at b8 to babysit weak pawn b5.
In the endgame you had an opportunity to redeem yourself by advancing your passed e-pawn 38...e3, but you did not.
